Project Manager (MEP)

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager oversees the planning, budgeting, and installation of these critical building systems. They ensure complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure is installed safely, on time, and within financial constraints while coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients.

• **System Oversight:** Manage the end\-to\-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• **Budget \& Cost Control:** Handle estimation, tendering, and vendor negotiations to keep material and labor costs within budget.
• **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all MEP installations adhere to engineering standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• **Cross\-Functional Coordination:** Resolve design clashes using CAD/BIM tools and mediate between site engineers, consultants, and clients.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• **Experience:** Typically 5 to 12\+ years in construction, with significant time spent managing MEP\-heavy projects like hospitals, commercial spaces, or large residential complexes.
