• *Role Overview:**

Naarsoft Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Project Manager / Scrum Master** to lead software development projects and ensure effective Agile delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, sprint execution, risk management, and timely delivery of high\-quality solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Project Management**

• Plan, manage, and deliver software projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• **Scrum Master Responsibilities**

• Facilitate **Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives**.
• Ensure effective adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across project teams.
• Remove impediments and support the development team in achieving sprint goals.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.

• **Stakeholder \& Team Management**

• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of project updates.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across cross\-functional and distributed teams.

• **Delivery \& Quality**

• Monitor sprint and project performance using relevant Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, releases, deployments, and production activities where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, productivity, and team performance.

• *Qualifications:**

• **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.**

• *5\+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.**
• *Strong experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.**
• *Hands\-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.**
• *Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, resource management, and Agile delivery practices.**
• *Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.**
• *Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross\-functional teams.**
• *PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar certification is preferred.**
• *Experience working with AI\-driven projects, digital transformation, or technology products is an added advantage.**
