As a Project Manager – PMO, you will support the India Service Delivery organization in driving effective project governance and successful delivery across the project lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Presales, Solution Specialists, Service Delivery Leaders, Finance, Resource Management, and customers, you will help ensure projects are set up effectively, progress is visible, risks are proactively managed, and commitments are delivered in line with SoftwareOne standards. **Key responsibilities:*** Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in line with SoftwareOne delivery governance standards.

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and key delivery actions.
• Track project progress against agreed scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and customer commitments, escalating risks when required.
• Partner with cross\-functional teams and customers to support resource coordination, project governance, reporting, and effective delivery.
• Drive timely project closure by ensuring required documentation, financial activities, customer acceptance, and governance requirements are completed.

What we need to see from you

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, and PMO governance within technology or IT services environments.
• Experience across project governance, customer onboarding, resource coordination, financial tracking, risk management, and management reporting.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence collaborating across customers and cross\-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, project management systems, ERP applications, and reporting tools.
