Quality Analyst - NCLEX Nurse (Bangalore, Night Shift)

• *Job Location \- Bangalore**
• *Shift Time \- 9:30PM to 6:30AM (US Shift)**
• *NCLEX Certification is a mandate.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Review and evaluate clinical documentation, workflows, and healthcare processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze clinical quality metrics, performance indicators, and operational data for continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement best practices and quality enhancement initiatives
• Prepare audit reports, compliance summaries, and performance presentations for internal and client stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards
• Support process improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and patient care quality
• Provide recommendations and corrective action plans based on audit findings and quality reviews
• Participate in quality assurance meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives
• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of home health regulations, clinical compliance standards, and healthcare quality frameworks

• *Required Qualifications**

• **B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing**
• **NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) certification is mandatory**
• Minimum 5\+ years of experience in clinical quality, healthcare operations, medical auditing and clinical documentation review.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience in US Home Health, Healthcare BPO, Clinical QA, or Medical Review processes preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced, quality\-driven environment

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
