• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct property visits, and close sales for plots, residential, and commercial properties. The role involves a combination of field sales and telecalling activities to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify leads through calling, references, and field activities.
• Promote and sell plots, residential, and commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures.
• Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Build long\-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Requirements

• Minimum **1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.**
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with **both field sales and telecalling.**
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
• Should have own vehicle
