• *Position:** Recovery Executive
• *Location\- Noida** Sec 3 (close to Noida Metro 16\)
• *Experience:** 1–5 Years
• *Salary:** 15\-20 k (depends on interview)

working days\- 6 Days (Mon\-sat)

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue amounts.
• Ensure timely recovery of pending dues through calls, emails, and field visits, if required.
• Negotiate payment schedules and resolve payment\-related issues.
• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Maintain records of customer follow\-ups, payment commitments, and collection status.
• Prepare regular recovery reports and coordinate with the accounts team.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow\-up and customer\-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience in collections, recovery, or payment follow\-ups will be preferred.
