We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Sales profiles. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines. This role is strictly focused on recruitment and does not include general HR responsibilities.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in bulk hiring for Sales profiles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate management abilities.
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- BBA / MBA completed.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Must have experience in bulk hiring for Sales/Field Sales/Business Development roles.
- Candidates with only recruitment experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
