The business operates 12 websites in 5 languages, alongside key marketplace channels including Amazon.
Following a strong Q1, performance across e\-commerce and inbound channels has declined significantly. This role will take immediate responsibility for diagnosing the issues, restoring performance, and driving future growth.
This is a commercial leadership role with full accountability for revenue, performance, and execution.
- *Turnaround \& Recovery (Immediate Priority)**
- Diagnose the causes of decline across website, Amazon, and inbound channels
- Identify issues across traffic, conversion, campaigns, and operations
- Implement fixes quickly to stabilise revenue performance
- Deliver a clear 30 / 60 / 90 day recovery plan
- Own and deliver e\-commerce revenue targets across all markets
- Full P\&L responsibility for online channels
- Identify and execute growth opportunities
- Rebuild and optimise paid acquisition (Google Ads, remarketing, paid social)
- Drive SEO improvements across multiple websites and languages
- Oversee Amazon and marketplace performance
- Improve conversion rates and customer journey
- Lead and manage an in\-house e\-commerce team (10 people)
- Manage external agencies and consultants
- Ensure accountability, pace, and performance across the team
- Analyse performance across all channels and markets
- Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
- Use data to drive decision\-making and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8\+ years experience in e\-commerce, ideally B2B or multi\-market
- Proven track record of scaling and recovering online revenue
- Strong hands\-on experience across SEO, paid ads, and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing multi\-language / international websites
- Experience managing teams and external agencies
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving ability
- Commercial mindset with ownership and accountability
