Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated RF Design \& Testing Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in RF/Microwave engineering, electronics, and testing methodologies. This role involves RF circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and supporting product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test RF and microwave circuits, modules, and systems.
• Perform RF measurements using test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
• Conduct product validation, characterization, and performance testing.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot RF circuits, components, and communication systems.
• Support prototype development, integration, and production testing activities.
• Assist in PCB bring\-up, debugging, and design verification.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain test documentation and engineering records.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics \& Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in RF Design, RF Testing, Wireless Communication, or Electronics Testing.
• Freshers with RF project/internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of RF and Microwave Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF components.
• Hands\-on exposure to RF test instruments such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, and Oscilloscope.
• Understanding of impedance matching, antennas, filters, amplifiers, and RF measurements.
• Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot issues.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
