Sales and Marketing Representative

EXPERIENCE \& REQUIREMENTS \-

• 4\-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking and deal\-closing abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring new clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU WILL DO

• **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients across corporate, government, hospitality, lifestyle, education, healthcare and other industries.
• **Business Development:**
• **Client Acquisition:** Approach prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and other channels, and connect with key decision\-makers.
• **Client Meetings \& Presentations:** Schedule and conduct meetings, understand client requirements, present service offerings and pitch customised solutions.
• **Proposal \& Pitch Development:** Coordinate with internal teams to prepare business proposals, presentations, creative pitches and commercial quotations.
• **Negotiation \& Deal Closure:** Negotiate budgets, commercials, margins and payment terms, and independently convert prospects into paying clients.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business, referrals and long\-term retainership accounts.
