Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of Spartek Group. The role involves coordinating with customers, sales teams, dealers, distributors, factories, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, customer communication, and sales administration.
The Sales Coordinator will be based at the Head Office and will play a critical role in managing inquiries, tracking orders, maintaining customer records, and supporting business growth across all Spartek Group product divisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer \& Sales Support
- Attend incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Follow up on leads received through phone, email, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through timely coordination.
Order Processing \& Coordination
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and closure of customer requirements.
- Maintain records of pending and completed orders.
Quotation \& Documentation
- Prepare and issue quotations as per management guidelines.
- Generate proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales\-related documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation and payment tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.
CRM \& MIS Management
- Update customer details, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM/MIS systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain databases of customers, dealers, architects, builders, and project leads.
- Generate management reports on order status, sales performance, and customer follow\-ups.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with sales executives, business development teams, factories, logistics teams, and finance departments.
- Coordinate meetings, customer visits, and sales presentations when required.
- Assist management in handling customer escalations and service\-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Administration, or Order Management.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow\-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
