• *Working Hours:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of heavy industrial equipment, specializing in Generators, Industrial Engines, Industrial Compressors, and allied industrial solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team and expand our customer base across industrial sectors.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and industrial references.
• Promote and sell Generators, Industrial Engines, Industrial Compressors, and other industrial equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical\-commercial offers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM or ERP systems.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Candidates with technical backgrounds and strong sales aptitude will be preferred.

• *Experience**

• 1 to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, engineering products, generators, compressors, engines, machinery, or related sectors.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Good presentation and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
