• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials to contractors, builders, dealers, retailers, architects, and construction companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities and maintain long\-term customer relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell building materials to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project sites.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Collect customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.

• *Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification**

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Graduate preferred.
• Candidates with sales experience in building materials, construction products, cement, steel, tiles, paints, hardware, sanitary ware, or related industries will be preferred.
• Should Have Own Driving Lisence

• *Experience**

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in building materials or construction\-related products is an added advantage.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer network.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp communication).

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
