*Experience:** Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year in Sales, BPO, Telecalling, or Real Estate Process
*Week Off:** One Rotational Off
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calling and follow\-ups
Explain real estate projects and services to potential customers
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/site visits
Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, BPO, Telecalling, or Real Estate
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target\-oriented and self\-motivated attitude
Good customer handling and follow\-up abilities
Basic computer knowledge
