Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met
Identify challenges and implement effective solutions proactively
Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Handle escalations and provide support for complex customer situations
Drive process improvements and maintain quality standards
Prepare performance reports and share insights with management
