Key Responsibilities
1\. Business Development \& Lead Generation
∙Conduct daily field visits to sports academies, clubs, gyms, and sports organizations.
∙Identify potential customers requiring customized sportswear, jerseys, training kits,
tracksuits, hoodies, and promotional apparel.
∙Generate new business leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, sports events,
tournaments, and local contacts.
∙Build and maintain a strong prospect database within the assigned territory.
∙Develop new customer relationships and create opportunities for recurring business.
2\. Sales \& Customer Acquisition
∙Promote MS Sportswear's customized apparel products and services.
∙Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, fabrics, designs,
and customization options.
∙Conduct product presentations and sample demonstrations.
∙Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the sales team.
∙Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure orders.
∙Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3\. Customer Relationship Management
∙Build strong relationships with academy owners, coaches, sports coordinators,
procurement personnel, and club management.
∙Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and requirements.
∙Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
∙Support customer retention and long\-term account development.
4\. Order Coordination \& Execution
∙Collect complete order requirements including design preferences, logos, sizes, colors,
quantities, and delivery schedules.
∙Coordinate with design, merchandising, production, and logistics teams for smooth
execution of orders.
∙Ensure customer approvals are obtained before production.
∙Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
5\. Market Intelligence
∙Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
∙Gather customer feedback and market insights.
∙Identify emerging opportunities within the sports and fitness industry.
∙Share market intelligence with management to support business growth initiatives.
6\. Reporting \& Documentation
∙Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR) and Weekly Sales Reports.
∙Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
∙Update sales pipeline and customer database regularly.
∙Assist in payment follow\-up and collection activities as per company policies.
Educational Qualification
∙Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design/Technology, Business Administration, Marketing,
Commerce, Sports Management, or any related field.
∙Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Experience
∙0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or customer
acquisition.
∙Experience in sportswear, apparel, textile, institutional sales, or sports\-related industries
will be an added advantage.
∙Freshers with a passion for sales and willingness to travel extensively are encouraged to
apply.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
