Idinaso Allience Pvt. Ltd., a leading gardening and landscaping company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management. This role involves visiting client locations, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing customers to promote the company's gardening and landscaping services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional clients to understand their requirements.
- Present service offerings and explain project solutions.
- Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Customer\-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bike Must.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, service sales, or business development.
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, construction materials, interiors, facility management, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Must own a two\-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
