Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle billing, inventory checks, and product displays.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Follow up with customers regarding new collections, offers, and promotions.
Support store operations and daily sales activities.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in retail sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer\-oriented attitude with strong sales ability.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in Malayalam; knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
