Showroom Greeter / Customer Host

We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and presentable **Showroom Greeter / Customer Host** to join our silver jewellery showroom in Ernakulam. As the first point of contact, you will welcome walk\-in customers, understand their shopping needs, and smoothly guide them to the appropriate sales executive. Your goal is to make every visitor feel valued and ensure a premium shopping experience from the moment they step in.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Warm Welcome:** Greet all incoming customers with a professional smile and positive attitude.
• **Customer Assistance:** Proactively approach customers to understand what they are looking for (e.g., silver rings, necklaces, gifts, or repairs).
• **Queue Management:** Guide and introduce customers to the right counter sales person based on their needs.
• **Showroom Flow:** Ensure no customer is left unattended, especially during peak shopping hours.
• **Ambassador:** Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance aligned with a luxury retail environment.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate degree preferred.
• **Experience:** 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or customer service (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
• **Skills:** Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• **Languages:** Fluent in Malayalam and basic conversational English \& Hindi.
• **Traits:** Pleasing personality, polite demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.

• **Schedule:** Day shift (Must be willing to work on weekends)
• **Salary:** ₹15,000 \- ₹18,000 Per Month
• **Location:** Ernakulam, Kerala
