Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives
Drive team targets and ensure revenue achievement
Monitor performance and provide coaching \& guidance
Support team members in closing deals and handling clients
Conduct site visits and high\-value client meetings
Implement effective sales strategies and improve conversions
Ensure proper lead tracking, follow\-ups, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
\* What We’re Looking For\*
Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Real Estate (Mandatory)
Proven experience in handling and managing teams
Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target\-driven with a strong problem\-solving mindset
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
