Job Title: Sales Manager

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of a hardware supermarket. The ideal candidate should have strong sales management skills, business development experience and the ability to lead a team while achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage, guide and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor daily sales activities, revenue and overall team performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Oversee product sales across various hardware categories, including building materials, tools, electrical, plumbing and related products.
• Ensure proper product presentation, availability and merchandising.
• Handle key customer accounts, negotiations and customer escalations.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth sales operations.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware, building materials, retail or supermarket sectors.
• Previous experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of sales operations, customer handling and revenue generation.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of hardware products and market trends will be an added advantage.
