Sales Manager

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our SaaS sales initiatives in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and leading the end\-to\-end sales process for our SaaS\-based solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers and stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high\-value deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and subscription\-based business models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in SaaS, Technology Solutions, E\-Procurement, Tendering, or Digital Platforms.
• Experience handling enterprise and mid\-market clients.
• Team management experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
