Sales Manager

A Wedding Venue Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing property revenue by securing and coordinating wedding bookings. They oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting leads and giving venue tours to negotiating contracts, managing food and beverage packages, and handing over the final event details to the operations team.

• *Core Responsibilities**

• **Lead Management \& Tours:** Responding to inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, or digital portals, and conducting on\-site property tours for engaged couples.
• **Consultative Selling:** Advising on packages, decor options, catering, and guest flow while aligning the venue’s offerings with the clients' budget.
• **Contract Negotiation:** Closing deals, drafting event orders, and finalizing payment terms.
• **Cross\-Department Handoff:** Creating seamless communication between the client, the kitchen, banquet staff, and external wedding planners to ensure the event matches the promised vision

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
