Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Set sales objectives and monitor team performance through KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high\-value deals.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management and sales reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Ambalathara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
