Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, result\-oriented, and dynamic Sales \& Marketing Manager to lead admissions and drive the growth of our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, achieving admission targets, managing lead generation activities, and enhancing brand visibility through online and offline initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Generate leads through digital marketing, tele\-calling, walk\-ins, referrals, events, and outreach programs.
Conduct student and parent counseling sessions and convert inquiries into admissions.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, digital advertisements, workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, educational consultants, and community organizations.
Lead, train, and motivate the admissions, tele\-calling, and marketing teams.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead conversion performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission processes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
