Job Overview

Are you passionate about customer relationships, sales, and business growth? We are looking for a motivated **Sales Support Account Management Associate** to manage customer relationships, support sales activities, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers in assigned territories, ensuring business continuity, resolving customer queries, managing account\-related activities, and identifying upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with international voice process experience and a strong interest in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service across assigned territories.
• Act as an interim sales representative for inactive territories, managing up to three territories simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and support requirements.
• Review and follow up on open sales opportunities in coordination with District Sales Managers and branch teams.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross\-selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Provide account administration support, including invoice queries, purchase order changes, credit requests, and service orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunity information.
• Ensure smooth customer handovers when a new Field Sales Representative takes over the territory.
• Build long\-term customer relationships while maintaining high service standards and supporting business growth.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **1\+ year of experience in an international voice process**.
• Previous experience in sales, upselling, cross\-selling, or customer account management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, customer engagement, and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience in customer support, account administration, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working from the office in Hebbal, Bengaluru, and working flexible US shifts.

Work Location \& Cab Facility

• Work location: Hebbal, Bengaluru.
• This is a work\-from\-office position.
• Cab facility eligibility is subject to the company's prescribed residential distance criteria.
• Candidates should be willing to work flexible US shifts.

Interview Process

• **English Communication Assessment:** Mettl assessment covering English fluency, listening, and communication skills.
• **Technical Round:** Assessment of relevant sales, customer service, and account management skills.
• **HR Round:** Final discussion regarding employment details and compensation.

All interview rounds are planned for the same day, starting at 3:30 PM, subject to confirmation.
