We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three\-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program \- Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.
We work with them through awareness modules, self\-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation\-level diagnostic and reporting.

About the Role
As a Senior CSM at YourDOST, you will own a portfolio of high\-value corporate and campus accounts and lead a team of 4–5 CSMs. You are the primary point of contact for CHROs, CEOs, Directors, Deans, and VCs, and you are accountable for retention, revenue growth, and the quality of every client relationship your team manages.
What You Will Do
Own and oversee all accounts managed by your team\- monitor health, flag risks, and act on opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CHROs, CEOs, Directors, Deans, VCs)
Drive meaningful conversations with decision\-makers\- report walkthroughs, identifying concerns, and always coming with solutions
Identify and execute upsell and cross\-sell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
Own retention and renewals for your portfolio, spot red flags early and act decisively
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 CSMs\- guide performance, give honest feedback, and support their growth
Handle client escalations with maturity and restore confidence quickly
Manage client launches, onboarding, and product demos
Create proposals and business cases for renewals and new solutions
Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to deliver strong client outcomes
Stay current on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor landscape
Travel to key accounts and campuses as required
What We Are Looking For
2\+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Managements
Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at CHRO / CEO / Dean level
Track record of driving retention and revenue growth in a B2B CSM or Account Management role
Experience leading and developing a team
Strong consultative communication\- you listen, diagnose, then recommend
Comfortable with data\- you make evidence\-based decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Familiarity with the mental health, wellness, or HR tech space
Experience with campus accounts (universities and institutes)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
