Senior Architect (India Office)

Responsible for capturing inputs required to design the application requirements as per business needs and application principles. Work with Business leaders and IT teams to come up with an optimal design, reviewing its impact on other architecture domains and refining as needed.

• *Detailed Description:**

• Review baseline business, data, application and technology architecture as needed to be able to effectively complete subsequent work
• Develop baseline application and technology architectures
• Facilitate design sessions with implementation team to define solutions.
• Identify any candidate re\-usable architecture components for target architecture
• Research software and hardware products or services to find best solutions within defined budget to meet business requirements.
• Validation of application and technology principles and generation of new
• Develop / deliver / present transition and target architecture artifacts
• Collaboration with internal teams such as security, technology, data, cloud, solution SMEs, solution architects and other technical and non\-technical stakeholders where needed to refine transition and target artifacts
• Sharing of any concerns from different viewpoints with relevant teams
• Translate requirements to internal teams such as solution architects, developers and other technical and non\-technical stakeholders to implement design.
• Experience in application and technology architecture design. (8 years required, 10 years preferred)
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture (3 years required, 5 years preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems. (5 years required, 7 years preferred)

• **Required Skills***

• Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of front, middle and back office application stacks, middleware platforms (including MuleSoft \& Azure Integration Services), Azure, GCP, OCI and SaaS application services
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications including CRM / Order Entry, Order Management Systems, WMS, Financials, HCM, eCommerce multi\-platform hybrid enterprise environments
• Data platform technologies
• Knowledge of Enterprise security applications \& services including Identity \& Access Management, Cyber security etc
• Knowledge of Enterprise data network technologies including connectivity, protocols, load balancing, etc
• Architecture governance leadership and discipline
• Risk based decision making
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD
• Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills
• Fundamental knowledge of relationship between business systems and technology platforms
• Highly motivated and organized with a strong sense of initiative for identifying information, resources and problem solving.
