ICOSYS Tech IT Services is looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Shift: Night Shift Only
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and client partnerships
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements
Negotiate contracts and close business dealsAchieve monthly revenue and business targetsRequirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Staffing, or Recruitment is preferred
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Training industry is a plus
