Senior Customer Service Advisor

• Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints.
• Explain repair requirements, service costs, and estimated delivery timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
• Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers after service and address complaints promptly.
• Promote additional services, accessories, and value\-added services.
• Maintain service records, customer feedback, and job card documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
