Job Description
We are hiring for the position of **International Customer Service Executive** for TCS in Kolkata.
- Handle customer queries through voice support
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
- follow company processes and service guidelines
- Maintain proper records of customer intereactions
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
