About the Role
VSynergize.ai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our end\-to\-end marketing initiatives. This is a strategic as well as hands\-on role for a marketing professional who can drive brand awareness, generate qualified B2B leads, create impactful content, manage digital campaigns, and oversee the company's complete digital marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should be an all\-round marketing professional with expertise in performance marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, branding, lead generation, event marketing, and marketing analytics. The candidate will play a key role in positioning VSynergize.ai as a trusted technology and AI solutions partner across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation
\* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
\* Drive B2B lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
\* Build and optimize marketing funnels to generate high\-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
\* Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI through data\-driven decision\-making.
Social Media \& Brand Management
\* Own and manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
\* Create and execute content calendars to increase brand visibility, engagement, and thought leadership.
\* Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
Content Creation \& Graphic Design
\* Create compelling content including blogs, case studies, website content, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
\* Design engaging social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
\* Collaborate with internal teams to develop industry\-focused marketing content.
Events \& Webinar Marketing
\* Plan, organize, and promote webinars, virtual events, and industry\-focused marketing campaigns.
\* Coordinate end\-to\-end event marketing activities to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
\* Develop post\-event nurturing campaigns to maximize conversions.
Website, SEO \& Performance Marketing
\* Manage website content updates and optimize website performance.
\* Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
\* Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Agency \& Vendor Management
\* Manage external marketing agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
\* Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects while maintaining quality standards.
\* Coordinate with sales, recruitment, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Analytics \& Reporting
\* Track KPIs across campaigns, social media, website traffic, and lead generation activities.
\* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
\* Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Required Qualifications
\* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
\* 4–6\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B, Technology, IT Services, AI, SaaS, or Consulting industries.
\* Proven experience in lead generation, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
\* Strong expertise in LinkedIn Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
\* Hands\-on experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent platforms.
\* Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
\* Excellent copywriting, communication, and content development skills.
\* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
\* Immediate Joiner or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
\* Self\-starter with the ability to independently manage complete marketing operations.
\* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
\* Experience working in fast\-paced startup or technology\-driven environments.
\* Familiarity with AI\-powered marketing tools and automation platforms will be an added advantage.
