Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills and the ability to manage HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, documentation, and HR records.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage employee engagement, performance monitoring, and grievance handling.
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

• MBA in HR or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and screening.
• Experience in employee management and HR operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
