We are looking for an experienced and creative **Senior Interior Designer** who can independently manage design responsibilities, translate client requirements into practical design solutions, and coordinate effectively with project execution teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, client\-handling abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from concept development to execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• *1\. Design \& Concept Development**

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Create mood boards, space plans, furniture layouts, and detailed design presentations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Ensure designs align with project expectations, budgets, and functional requirements.

• *2\. Technical Drawings \& 3D Visualization**

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Develop 3D models, realistic visualizations, and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure drawings and design specifications are accurate and ready for execution.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.

• *3\. Client Coordination \& Presentations**

• Interact directly with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and expectations.
• Present design concepts, material selections, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Handle client feedback, design modifications, and revisions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design process.

• *4\. Material Selection \& Vendor Coordination**

• Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to understand product availability, specifications, and pricing.
• Ensure material selections meet design, quality, and budget requirements.

• *5\. Project Execution \& Site Coordination**

• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and installation teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and execution quality.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, design specifications, and timelines.
• Identify design or execution\-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.

• *6\. Team Collaboration \& Project Management**

• Take ownership of assigned design projects and manage deliverables within deadlines.
• Guide and support junior interior designers whenever required.
• Coordinate multiple design tasks and prioritize work based on project timelines.
• Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, material specifications, and updates.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• **3–5 years of relevant experience** in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD/ZWCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)**.
• Practical experience in preparing detailed 2D working drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
• Experience in handling client presentations and design discussions.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle design responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
