We are urgently looking for an experienced **Senior IT Technical Analyst – Research \& Development (R\&D)** with strong expertise in life sciences applications, business analysis, and laboratory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R\&D stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Support and manage laboratory and scientific applications, including LIMS, ELN, and Benchling.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Lead business process analysis, process mapping, and UAT activities.
• Support system integrations, application enhancements, and process automation.
• Manage application incidents, change requests, and production support.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and cross\-functional teams.
• Support Computer System Validation (CSV), regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and configuration records.

Required Skills

• 5\+ years of experience supporting IT business applications in **Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Healthcare**.
• Hands\-on experience with **LIMS, ELN, Benchling, or scientific data management platforms**.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping skills.
• Experience with application implementation, integration, and support.
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows and R\&D business processes.
• Experience in UAT, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology R\&D environments.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, and regulated systems.
• Exposure to clinical development, preclinical research, and regulatory systems.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and third\-party vendors.
