### **What are we looking for?**

• The Senior Manager – Business Data will be responsible for driving data‑led decision making within the Agency Business Partner Channel. The role will focus on business performance analytics, partner productivity insights, forecasting, and actionable dashboards that strengthen both strategic and operational outcomes across regions. The incumbent will work closely with ZBHs, RBHs, ABHs, Partner Office Leaders, and central HR/Talent teams to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and insight generation that supports business growth.
