\* Identify and source land parcels for residential/commercial projects.
\* Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and aggregators for land acquisition/development deals.
\* Coordinate land due diligence, documentation, and transaction closure.
\* Liaise with government departments and authorities for approvals, sanctions, NOCs, land conversion, mutation, and statutory compliances.
\* Maintain relationships with municipal bodies, development authorities, revenue departments, and local administration.
\* Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams for smooth project execution.
\* 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate.
\* Experience in both Land Acquisition and Liaisoning activities.
\* Strong knowledge of land documentation, due diligence, registrations, mutation, conversion, and statutory approvals.
\* Good network with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and local stakeholders.
\* Proven experience in handling land transactions and project approvals.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,100,000\.00 per year
