We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in recruiting for US Healthcare and Non\-IT positions. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining high\-quality hiring standards.
· Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for US Healthcare and Non\-IT requirements.
· Source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

· Review job descriptions and understand client requirements.
· Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, work authorization, and availability.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Negotiate compensation rates and manage offer processes.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
· Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.
· Update candidate information accurately in ATS/CRM systems.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment.
· Hands\-on experience in Healthcare and/or Non\-IT staffing.
· Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
· Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
