We are seeking a dynamic and technically oriented Site Survey cum Sales Executive to drive sales and ensure accurate site measurements for our premium system aluminium windows and doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting customers, conducting site surveys, taking precise measurements, coordinating with design and production teams, and guiding clients through the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation.
\* Meet prospective clients and understand project requirements.
\* Present and promote the company's range of system aluminium windows, doors, sliding systems, façades, and related products.
\* Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
\* Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
\* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
\* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
\* Conduct site visits for measurement and feasibility assessment.
\* Take accurate dimensions of openings and verify site conditions.
\* Identify installation challenges and recommend suitable system solutions.
\* Prepare survey reports, sketches, and measurement sheets.
\* Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure order accuracy.
\* Verify final measurements before production release.
\* Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and technical clarifications.
\* Maintain customer records, survey reports, quotations, and sales updates.
\* Track project progress from inquiry to installation completion.
\* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
\* Submit periodic sales and site visit reports to management.
\* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
\* 2–5 years of experience in aluminium windows \& doors, uPVC windows, building materials, construction products, or related industries.
\* Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
\* Knowledge of system aluminium windows, doors, glazing, and architectural hardware.
\* Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.
\* Proficiency in taking site measurements and preparing survey reports.
\* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
\* Good communication and presentation abilities.
\* Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
\* Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
\* Number of qualified leads generated.
\* Accuracy of site measurements.
\* Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
\* Timely submission of survey reports and quotations.
