Content \& Social Media Lead (Strategy \+ Execution)

Role Summary : We are looking for a creative and execution\-focused Content \& Social Media Lead who can drive the complete content strategy and social media presence of the brand. The role requires someone who can think strategically, identify content opportunities, and also work closely with creative and marketing teams to execute high\-impact content across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, understand digital trends, and be able to create content that builds brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the brand voice, planning campaigns, and ensuring consistent, high\-quality content across all social media channels
Key Responsibilities
➢ Develop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with the organization’s marketing and brand goals.
➢ Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
➢ Lead the planning and execution of content calendars for campaigns, promotions, and brand\-building activities.
➢ Oversee the creation of high\-quality content including reels, videos, graphics, blogs, captions, and ad creatives.
➢ Work closely with the design, video, and performance marketing teams to ensure content supports lead generation and brand visibility.
➢ Analyze social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results to improve future content strategies.
➢ Identify trends, viral formats, and new content opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
➢ Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
➢ Coordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams to convert program highlights, student success stories, and industry insights into engaging content.
➢ Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and audience interaction on social media.
➢ Support digital marketing campaigns with creative content ideas and execution.
➢ Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep content relevant and competitive.
➢ Lead and guide the content team including designers, video editors, and content creators when required.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
➢ Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
➢ Ability to plan and execute content campaigns
➢ Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation content
➢ Excellent storytelling and communication skills
➢ Experience working with video and visual content teams
Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
