- Create platform\-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages.
- Lead social media innovation and implement best practices across all accounts.
Content Strategy \& Creative Direction
- Lead content planning from concept to execution.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
- Oversee copywriting, storytelling, content pillars, and brand messaging.
- Direct creative teams for graphic design, photography, videography, reels, and motion graphics.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create viral, engagement\-focused, and conversion\-driven content strategies.
Performance Marketing \& Paid Advertising
- Manage Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid social campaigns.
- Plan advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Execute lead generation, conversion, awareness, engagement, and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid and organic strategies.
Team Leadership \& Management
- Lead and manage Social Media Executives, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Digital Marketing Specialists.
- Assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide mentoring and training.
- Establish department SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high\-performance team culture.
Client Management \& Communication
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into actionable digital strategies.
- Present campaign reports, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
Influencer \& Partnership Management
