• *Role Objective**

To manage and execute the social media content requirements of all assigned clients and Orestes Technologies, ensuring timely content planning, smooth coordination with the creative team, consistent brand communication, and effective support for paid marketing campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Social Media Planning \& Calendar Management**

• Create and maintain a detailed **monthly social media content calendar** for all assigned clients and Orestes.
• Plan content based on brand objectives, campaigns, festivals, trends, and important dates.
• Ensure the content calendar is finalized and shared with the respective teams well in advance.
• Maintain consistency in posting frequency, content quality, and brand communication.
• Track planned, completed, pending, and published content.

• *2\. Creative Team Coordination**

• Coordinate closely with the **creative/design team** to ensure all required creatives are delivered on time.
• Provide clear creative briefs, references, content requirements, dimensions, and deadlines.
• Review creatives and coordinate necessary corrections before client submission or publishing.
• Ensure creatives meet the required **quality, branding, messaging, and campaign objectives**.
• Follow up proactively to avoid delays in content delivery.

• *3\. Orestes In\-house Social Media Management**

• Take ownership of social media content requirements for **Orestes Technologies' own social media pages**.
• Plan and coordinate regular posts, promotional content, educational content, campaigns, reels, and other social media activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, updates, achievements, services, and other content opportunities.
• Ensure Orestes maintains an active, professional, and consistent social media presence.

• *4\. Client Social Media Content Management**

• Manage the day\-to\-day social media content requirements of assigned clients.
• Understand each client's brand, target audience, services, and communication style.
• Coordinate content creation and ensure posts are ready for approval/publishing within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative/content teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of content approvals and pending requirements.

• *5\. PPC Team Support**

• Coordinate with the **PPC/Performance Marketing team** for creative requirements related to paid campaigns.
• Ensure campaign creatives are delivered within the required timelines and specifications.
• Understand campaign objectives and coordinate with the creative team to develop suitable ad creatives.
• Support the PPC team with multiple creative variations for **campaign testing and optimization**.
• Help ensure fresh creatives are available whenever performance data indicates the need for creative changes.

• *6\. Content \& Trend Monitoring**

• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, platform updates, and relevant content opportunities.
• Identify trending topics, reels, formats, and creative approaches that can be adapted for clients.
• Suggest new content ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

• *7\. Reporting \& Coordination**

• Maintain an updated tracker of content calendars, creative status, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with account managers, content writers, designers, video editors, and PPC specialists.
• Escalate delays or bottlenecks proactively to the reporting manager.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
