Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage our social media presence, develop engaging content, execute marketing strategies, and increase brand awareness across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content, posts, reels, and stories.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
• Create creative captions, hashtags, and engaging marketing content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
• Run and manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Generate leads and improve brand visibility through social media platforms.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Hands\-on experience with Canva and social media management tools.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate new content ideas.
