Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer SRE to ensure the reliability availability scalability and performance of our platform The ideal candidate will focus on platform operations observability automation release management and continuous service improvements while driving operational excellence across the environment

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high availability reliability and performance of production platforms and services

Drive continuous improvements in observability monitoring ing and internal operational tooling

Deploy and support application and infrastructure releases across environments

Monitor platform health investigate incidents and lead rootcause analysis activities

Improve operational processes through automation and selfhealing mechanisms

Collaborate closely with development teams to improve system resilience and operational readiness

Participate in incident response and oncall support as required

Evaluate and implement modern AI and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills

Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering SRE Application Operations or Production Support

Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling

Handson experience with Kubernetes

Strong knowledge of AWS services including Aurora DocumentDB CloudWatch Lambda Networking and other core cloud services

Expertise in monitoring and observability platforms such as OpenSearch Prometheus Grafana and KPOW

Experience managing and supporting CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub and Kubernetes

Familiarity with AIAgentic AI technologies such as LLMs Claude Bedrock and MCP

Strong troubleshooting problemsolving and release management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing observability and monitoring frameworks

Knowledge of incident management postincident reviews and reliability engineering principles

Experience in cloudnative architectures and containerized environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
