• *Position Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and responsible **Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager** to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience handling employees across different departments and levels.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process for technical, sales, and support functions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants
• Conduct screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reportsEmployee Engagement \& HR Operations
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
• Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations
• Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
• Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation

• *Performance Management**

• Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance review processes
• Monitor employee performance and support departmental managers
• Implement HR policies and process improvements

• *Compliance \& Policy Management**

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation coordination
• Support POSH committee activities and employee awareness initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

• *Administration \& Coordination**

• Coordinate with management for HR planning and organizational development
• Handle office administration\-related coordination when required
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company culture across teams

• *Required Skills**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team handling abilities
• Good understanding of HR operations and labour compliance
• Excellent coordination and multitasking capability
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting
• Positive attitude with problem\-solving approach

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA\-HR preferred
• Experience:
• 3–5 Years
• Experience in renewable energy, EPC, engineering, or manufacturing industry will be preferred
