Sr. Manager - Branding&Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Head of Branding \& Marketing** to lead and manage the Branding \& Marketing Department, including the designing team, video editors, and digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening brand identity, monitoring team performance, and ensuring all branding and marketing activities align with the company’s business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and support business growth.

· Lead, manage, and monitor the designing team, video editors, and digital marketing team.

· Assign tasks, set targets, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.

· Oversee the development of creative designs, promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

· Monitor digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media campaigns, and lead generation.

· Review campaign performance, marketing reports, and team productivity to ensure targets are achieved.

· Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all marketing channels.

· Coordinate with the sales team, senior management, and external agencies for effective execution of marketing initiatives.

· Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditure, and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

· Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and market presence.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
