Key Responsibilities1\. Buyer Acquisition \& Matchmaking* **Scale the Database:** Identify and onboard high\-potential, quality\-profiled buyers across various industry verticals.
- **Strategic Matchmaking:** Align buyer profiles with exhibitor categories to facilitate high\-value business matchmaking and curated meetings.
- **Program Management:** Oversee and coordinate specialized hosted buyer and VIP programs.
2\. Attendance \& Loyalty Management* **Drive Turnout:** Manage pre\-event engagement (invitations, reminders, follow\-ups) to ensure a strong turnout of key decision\-makers.
- **Loyalty Club Development:** Design and manage a tier\-based Buyers Loyalty Club offering exclusive benefits and rewards to drive repeat participation.
3\. Customer Success \& Data Analytics* **Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for key buyers, ensuring an excellent end\-to\-end experience and resolving issues promptly.
- **CRM \& Insights:** Maintain database hygiene, analyze buyer behavioral trends, and generate post\-event performance reports.
- **Cross\-Functional Alignment:** Collaborate with project, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align buyer strategies with overall show objectives.

- Quality of buyer\-to\-exhibitor fitment \& meeting outcomes.

Candidate ProfileExperience \& Background* **Experience:** 10\+ years in buyer engagement, hosted buyer programs, customer success, or exhibition management.
- **Industry Background:** Exhibitions \& Trade Shows, Event Management, B2B Conferences, Buyer\-Seller Platforms, or Industry Associations.
- **Education:** MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management preferred (Graduates with relevant industry experience are welcome).
