Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and target\-driven Sales Executive to drive exhibitor acquisition and sponsorship sales for MIHS exhibitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, pitching exhibition opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities for MIHS events.
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with manufacturers, exporters, brands, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain the value proposition of exhibiting at MIHS.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into exhibitors and sponsors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
- Maintain long\-term relationships with exhibitors and key accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, event sales, advertising sales, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual/in\-person meetings.
- Self\-motivated with a results\-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

- Exhibition or trade show sales.
