Sr. US IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for **driven US IT Recruiters** to support our **US staffing operations**.

You will work closely with sales/account managers to source, screen, and submit candidates for active US requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who

Understands **US hiring dynamics**
Is comfortable working in the **US night shift**
Can work with **targets, timelines, and pressure**

*Key Responsibilities**

Source qualified IT professionals using job portals such as **Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed**, etc.
Screen candidates for:
Technical skills and experience
Work authorization / visa status
Rate expectations and availability
Submit **quality profiles** for active US requirements within defined timelines
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until feedback is received
Ensure resumes are **updated and formatted** as per client/vendor standards
Maintain daily tracking of:
Submittals
Interviews
Feedback and closures
Perform basic candidate verification and commitment checks before submission
Share **daily/weekly activity reports** with the internal team
