Supply Chain Lead

• *Job Description – Head of Supply Chain \| Let's Try Foods**

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead end\-to\-end supply chain operations at Let's Try Foods. The role will be responsible for managing demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution to ensure smooth business operations, optimum inventory levels, cost efficiency, and timely product availability.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement end\-to\-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, production planning, procurement coordination, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Manage inventory levels while minimising excess stock, shortages, and working capital blockage.
• Monitor warehouse operations, stock accuracy, material movement, and finished goods management.
• Lead transportation, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Drive supply chain cost optimisation and process improvements.
• Implement effective SOPs, systems, and processes for supply chain planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, logistics costs, and service levels.
• Ensure batch\-wise, expiry\-wise, FIFO/FEFO inventory management and product traceability.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective measures.
• Drive effective SAP/ERP utilisation for improved planning and operational control.
• Lead and develop teams across planning, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cost analysis, and performance reviews for senior management.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or Commerce. MBA in Supply Chain / Operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience in end\-to\-end supply chain management, preferably in the Food / FMCG / Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, and supply chain forecasting.
• Hands\-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Expertise in vendor management, cost optimisation, logistics management, and working capital control.
• Understanding of food industry requirements, batch traceability, shelf\-life management, FIFO/FEFO, and applicable FSSAI requirements.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision\-making skills.

• *Experience:** 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food / FMCG / Manufacturing, with prior experience in managing supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
